Periodically, we’d like to show you some transformations that we are pretty proud of. We started brainstorming on the re-imagining of this space with these clients about a year ago. They’re well under way now, and in our spotlight this month. Take a look at the progress we’ve made so far!

This project almost didn’t happen. With children grown and moved out, it would have been a time to downsize or try something new...but the owners were remiss to part with their home. Nestled in a stunning neighborhood, you can imagine why. This home is tucked away in an exclusive community in Henderson – lush green lawns blanket yards and towering palms form a canopy as they sway over the streets. You wouldn’t know you were in the middle of the desert - this community is a getaway within itself. We wouldn’t want to leave, either! It was, however, an option the owners considered. Fortunately, they instead opted to invest in where they are, and what a great decision!

Renovating your home increases its value, so the money you invest in it now will most likely yield an improved return for you on the market. We couldn’t be happier to be able to transform their space into something new and refreshing.

From Italian porcelain floors to reclaimed wood accents, we add luxury and refinement to every space we create and this home is no exception. Custom cabinets, fine rugs, and additional appointments will make this home feel like their own with luxurious indulgences blended in. It is our priority to give your space any personal touch that you want. This particular project is accented by some family heirlooms. The rest is a blend of rustic, contemporary, and casual.
